Abstract
⺠Two macaque STS regions activated by bodies compared to well-controlled objects ⺠Macaque body patches (bodies-objects) partially overlap face patches (faces-objects). ⺠Macaque body patches primarily distinguish faces vs other objects, including bodies. ⺠Middle STS body patch activation patterns distinguish bodies, objects and faces. ⺠Macaque body patches show selectivity for different body subclasses.
