Abstract
⺠A novel method is proposed to transform 6D DSI datasets. ⺠This method generalizes the 3D LDDMM framework to the 6D case. ⺠This method co-registers different DSI datasets in both image- and q-space. ⺠This method enables DSI group analysis and the generation of a template.
