Abstract
⺠Ferritin (FerrH) as a reporter gene for MRI. ⺠Lentiviral vector injection to label endogenous neural stem cells with ferritin. ⺠Ferritin-labeled neuroblasts migrated into olfactory bulb can be detected by MRI. ⺠Intensity inhomogeneity correction is prerequisite for unbiased quantification.
