Abstract
⺠Assessing [18F]FEOBV as a marker for presynaptic cholinergic transmission in rats ⺠Highest binding was found in the striatum, cortex, hippocampus and thalamus. ⺠Lesion of the nucleus basalis of Meynert induced lower binding in cortex. ⺠Aged rats showed decreased binding in the hippocampi.
