Abstract
⺠Biomathematics is used to predict the in vivo performance of TSPO PET tracers. ⺠Multiple binding affinities of the TSPO tracers are accounted for. ⺠Polymorphism frequencies in different ethnic groups are considered. ⺠2nd generation TSPO tracers are predicted to be better than 11C-(R)-PK11195. ⺠Improvements are predicted for both within and between subject studies.
