Abstract
►Methylphenidate and atomoxetine are both commonly prescribed for treatment of ADHD. ►We measured their effects on rCBF in healthy volunteers with arterial spin labeling. ►We employed pattern recognition to discriminate the neuronal effects of the drugs. ►Clear differential effects were found in caudate, cerebellum, midbrain and thalamus. ►Our results are useful to identify brain networks potentially modulated by the drugs.
