Abstract
⺠Diffusion-time dependence of DW-MR signal leads to novel contrast in neural tissue. ⺠Anomalous diffusion was observed via q-space experiments on excised rat hippocampi. ⺠We model the temporal scaling (TS) of signal via fractal & disordered media concepts. ⺠We devised a computational framework to remove bias due to Rician nature of signal. ⺠The interplay between TS and diffusion anisotropy was investigated.
