Abstract
⺠A novel longitudinal atlas construction method is proposed. ⺠Both the subject-specific and population information are considered. ⺠The atlas sequence is constructed by groupwise registration to avoid the bias. ⺠Our method is compared with a widely used longitudinal atlas construction method.
