Abstract
⺠Used task-based fMRI data to identify and optimize ROIs on DTI data. ⺠Proposed a novel trace-map model to represent and compare fiber bundles. ⺠ROI optimization via maximization of consistency of structural connectivity profiles. ⺠Demonstrated that functional ROIs have similar fiber connection patterns.
