Abstract
►Cortical potential imaging of interictal spikes revealed epileptogenic foci in pediatric patients ►Cortical potential imaging provided noninvasive localization results consistent with ictal ECoG findings and surgical resection outcomes. ► Cortical potential imaging combined with realistic geometry head models allows high-resolution identification of neocortical epileptogenic areas.
