Abstract
► Investigate age-related changes in the 3D morphology of the central sulcus (CS). ► Use a large cohort of healthy participants (n = 295). ► The morphology of CS exhibited age-related changes in both walls. ► Age-related changes progressed more rapidly in the posterior than anterior walls. ► Sex differences in the fractal dimension of the right anterior wall of the CS.
