Abstract
►We study the orientation entropy of DTI eigenvector in the cervical spinal cord. ►The myelopathic level showed significant higher entropy than healthy. ►Distribution of entropy in single compression presented a consistent pattern. ►The pattern can help to estimate pathological levels in multi-compression.
