Abstract
⺠First use of probabilistic and template ROIs for Mawlawi sub-striatal regions. ⺠Probabilistic ROIs superior to template ROIs for binding potential quantification. ⺠ART spatial normalization produces superior results compared to SPM5. ⺠Probabilistic ROIs maintain statistical significance of results from manual ROIs. ⺠High quality probabilistic sub-striatal ROIs can be produced from â¥Â 9 subjects.
