Whole brain high-resolution functional imaging at ultra high magnetic fields: An application to the analysis of resting state networks

► We acquire high-resolution whole-brain fMRI data exploiting ultrahigh fields. ► Single subject results are shown without the conventional extensive smoothing. ►Conventional analysis can be used with 7 T data 4. ► We compare across resolutions partial voluming effects. ► We show vascular contributions within resting state networks at high-resolution.
