Abstract
âºA left brain network is responsible for planning tool use and preceding grasping. âºA behavioral and anatomical dissociation between grasping and tool use was found. âºApraxia patients produce less errors during grasping than during the subsequent use. âºLesions in the left SMG are prominent in most patients with impaired tool use âºLesions in the left IFG are prominent in most patients with inappropriate grasping.
