Abstract
⺠roGFP1 is an innovative optical probe reporting ROS dynamics and redox changes. ⺠endogenous ROS formation and subcellular ROS microdomains are detected reliably. âºroGFP1 is also well suited for complex preparations and two-photon microscopy. ⺠with its optical/response properties roGFP1 is superior to redox-sensitive dyes. ⺠it is a valuable tool to decipher ROS-signaling in normal/diseased brain function.
