Abstract
âºResectability of brain areas is unpredictable before tumor surgery due to reshaping. âºElectrical mapping allows the study of potentials and limitations of plasticity. âºWe build an atlas of functional resectability based on postoperative residue. âºEach voxel represents the probability to observe non-compensable area. âºOur atlas highlights the existence of a “minimal common brain” among patients.
