Abstract
⺠Existing models overestimate axon diameter when orientation dispersion is present. ⺠A new model for axon diameter estimation in the presence of orientation dispersion. ⺠New model improves axon diameter estimates in simulation and in vivo human brain data. ⺠New model additionally provides a useful index of orientation dispersion.
