Abstract
⺠Pose information is typically disregarded in shape analysis. ⺠Pose is more informative than volume and requires less number of parameters than shape. ⺠A methodology to analyse pose information between structures is presented. ⺠MANCOVA and classification were performed on pose of subcortical nuclei from ADNI. ⺠Significant differences in translation and rotation were found for NOR vs MCI-converters.
