Abstract
⺠The analysis of dual-task brain-imaging studies requires careful consideration. ⺠To test for dual-task specific activation, only some contrasts are valid. ⺠Valid contrasts are DT - sum of STs, interaction contrast, conjunction analysis. ⺠Invalid contrasts are DT - Baseline, DT - one ST, DT - mean of STs. ⺠The same applies to research on divided attention and multisensory integration.
