Abstract
âºDiffusion tensor images and large-deformation diffeomorphic metric mapping lead to accurate brain normalization. âºAssociated with an Atlas-based parcellation, these techniques provide a reliable automated segmentation of the whole brain. âºThe quantification of different parameters in each area is useful for the evaluation of anatomical change in multiple diseases, such as the white matter injuries in cerebral palsy.
