Abstract
âºLinked ICA fuses multimodal data and finds patterns of related change across modalities. âºBayesian approach auto adapts to each modality's signal properties (CNR, smoothness). âºFlexible framework allows combination of tensor ICA and spatial-concatenation ICA. âºImprovements over spatial-concat ICA on sims and on real DTI + VBM group data.
