Abstract
Neurosarcoidosis in children is rare, and our patient is only the tenth child with isolated neurosarcoidosis. These patients highlight the importance of considering a noninfectious diagnosis in the setting of clinical and radiographic findings suggestive of neurosarcoidosis.
