Abstract
Aggressive surgical resection should be performed for skull base chordomas, considering certain postoperative functional status. Immunohistiochemical study is helpful in differential diagnosis. The combination of aggressive surgical resection and gamma knife radiosurgery for skull base chordomas may obtain favorable outcomes.
