Abstract
⺠Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol decreased in intervention and usual care groups. ⺠Dietary intake improved in the intervention group relative to the usual care group. ⺠Moderate intensity physical activity improved marginally in the intervention group. ⺠Most participants did not change cholesterol medication usage during the study.
