Abstract
⺠We examined individual and contextual factors associated to cervical smear practice. ⺠Individual and contextual inequalities were found in cervical screening practice. ⺠Neighbourhood physician density not associated to cervical screening practice. ⺠Different effects of SES on CCST practice depending on receiving or not RCGH. ⺠Primary health-care system contributes to social inequalities.
