Abstract
⺠Innovative strategies are needed to address the perennial problem of weight regain. ⺠Recruiting participants after they have lost weight may be an effective strategy. ⺠Keep It Off examined the efficacy of a maintenance program for recent weight losers. ⺠The Keep It Off phone-based approach increases potential for dissemination.
