Abstract
⺠We assessed forgone vaccination for a statewide sample of children (ages 1-17). ⺠Overall, 12% of parents reported having refused or delayed vaccine for their child. ⺠The most commonly forgone vaccines were flu and human papillomavirus. ⺠Forgone vaccination correlated with more education and healthier feeding practices. ⺠Forgone vaccination was also more common among parents whose child was born early.
