Abstract
⺠Influenza vaccine coverage falls far below the recommended targets for adults. ⺠The strongest predictor of vaccination was health care coverage. ⺠Vaccination was strongly related to prior diagnosis of chronic diseases. ⺠Older, white, educated, active, and non-smoking adults were more often vaccinated.
