Abstract
⺠We assess a cognitive-behavioral weight management program in 1755 TRICARE adults. ⺠We compare a basic program (RCT1), plus interactive web (RCT2), plus brief phone coaching (RCT3). ⺠All groups experience significant weight lost after 12 and 18 months. ⺠Participants increase physical activity and reduce high blood pressure. ⺠The program is cost-effective (e.g., $900-$1,000 per QALY in RCT 1&2; $1,900 per QALY in RCT3).
