Abstract
⺠We studied social inequalities in indicators of inactivity at preschool age. ⺠Preschoolers from low educated families were more sedentary than their counterparts. ⺠Non-native preschoolers were more sedentary than their native counterparts. ⺠Mother's health behaviors did not explain these social inequalities. ⺠Social inequalities were less strong in physical activity.
