Abstract
⺠Mechanism of BLG-TAG assemblies in presence of quercetin. ⺠Provide information about thermodynamic mechanisms of TAG-BLG binding processes. ⺠Isothermal titration calorimetry combining with complementary methods on titration mode. ⺠Protein conformational change and formation of BLG-quercetin complexes stabilized by hydrophobic associations. ⺠Quercetin increases BLG-TAG binding through electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions.
