Abstract
A number of factors of tooth size were identified and found to be larger in the supernumerary group compared to the control (7 for upper central and 8 for upper lateral incisors); the majority reached the 0.05 significance level. Tooth crown size of the upper central incisor was affected more than that of the upper lateral incisor, supporting a local field effect.
