Abstract
Foreign body granulomas containing hydroxyapatite microspheres in patients receiving treatment with the cosmetic filler Radiesse have a characteristic microscopic appearance. Oral Radiesse-induced nodules occur more often in older women, most commonly in the lips and the mandibular labial vestibule.
