Abstract
Patients with NET G1/G2 treated with surgical resection had a good prognosis. Most patients with NEC exhibited distant metastases and had a poor prognosis. Staging classification and the WHO 2010 grading are important factors for selecting the appropriate treatment strategy and predicting prognosis for patients with pancreatic NEN.
