Abstract
In this report we describe the case of a three-year-old Black African child with a “unclear” reaction with monoclonal anti-D. We analyzed the blood sample of the child with different methods to conclude that it is a case of DAR 1.2 (weak D 4.2.2) and that it must be transfused with D negative erithrocytes.
