Abstract
⺠ILCs include NK cells, nuocytes/NH cells, LTi cells and NKp46+ IL-22+ cells. ⺠ILC rapidly produce cytokines (IL-5, -13, -17A, -22, IFN-g) required for immunity to infection. ⺠Transcription factors program ILC differentiation from lymphoid precursors. ⺠ILC and Th responses are coordinated during innate and adaptive immunity.
