Abstract
⺠Cancer-targeted therapies are being tested to synergize with tumor immunotherapy. ⺠Epigenetic modulators increase tumor antigen expression. ⺠BRAF inhibitors have paradoxical activation effects on lymphocytes. ⺠BRAF inhibitors can decrease cancer-released immune suppressive factors. ⺠PI3K/AKT pathway inhibitors can directly activate T memory cells.
