Abstract
⺠We examined development of TCRαβ CD8αα IELs in RhoH knockout (KO) mice. ⺠RhoH KO mice had normal number of TCRαβ CD8αα T cells in the intestine. ⺠Activation of TCRαβ CD8αα IELs was impaired in RhoH KO mice. ⺠We propose a distinct molecular requirement for RhoH among agonist selected T cells.
