Abstract
⺠In vivo delivery by electroporation of DNA encoding allergen drastically increases the production of specific antibodies but not the IFNg production. ⺠CpG motifs in DNA plasmid backbone do not improve the DNA vaccine efficiency. ⺠Homologous prime/boost vaccinations through electroporation using DNA encoding allergen prevent house dust mite allergy.
