Abstract
⺠Suppressive ODNs significantly reduce liver necroinflammatory injury and serum IFN-γ level in Con A-induced hepatitis model. ⺠The mortality of suppressive ODNs-treated mice is reduced post Con A challenge. ⺠Suppressive ODNs inhibit the development of Con A-induced hepatitis through down-regulation of STAT1/4 and T-bet pathways. ⺠Suppressive ODNs may be of use in the treatment of autoimmune or viral hepatitis in humans.
