Abstract
⺠NSOM/QD based fluorescence-topographic image fusion system. ⺠Direct visualization of the nanoscale distribution of cell surface molecules on cell membrane fluctuations. ⺠Most of CD69 were clustered as nano-domain and polarized in the peak of the cell-membrane fluctuations. ⺠Most of CD71 were clustered as nano-domain and polarized in the valley of the cell-membrane fluctuations.
