Abstract

âº Three antibody fragments were evaluated in terms of their neutralization capacity. âº A relation between neutralizing ability and thermodynamic stability was observed. âº The order of thermodynamic stability determined was FabÂ â«Â scFvÂ >Â diabody scFv. âº The Fab and scFv neutralized Cn2 toxin and venom of scorpion Centruroides noxius. âº The diabody was unable to completely eliminate envenoming symptoms.
