Abstract
⺠Human eosinophils internalize M. bovis BCG under non-opsonic conditions. ⺠We find that ManLAM down-regulates EPO and TNFα release by eosinophils. ⺠ManLAM is recognized by CR3 on eosinophils through a PI3K-dependent pathway. ⺠ManLAM inhibits TLR2-mediated eosinophil.
