Abstract
⺠Clonotypic CD4+ T cells in Peyer's patches from TCR transgenic mice consist of naïve and memory phenotypic cells. ⺠Peyer's patch CD4+ T cells with naïve phenotypes produced higher IL-6 than splenic CD4+ T cells with the phenotypes. ⺠Peyer's patch naïve CD4+ T cells express higher Gabpb1 than those of spleen.
