Abstract
⺠Overexpression of CD200transgene increases allogeneic skin graft survival. ⺠Both graft tissue and draining lymph nodes show increased infiltration of Foxp3+ Treg. ⺠Gene expression profiling confirms increased expression of Treg-associated genes, as well as increased expression of genes encoding CCR4 and ligands, CCL17/22. ⺠Suppression of CCR4 expression with lentivirus encoding shRNA blocks Foxp3 Treg infiltration and increased skin graft survival.
