Abstract
⺠We investigated the immune response in intracerebrally vaccinated mouse. ⺠Serum antibodies were highly produced in intracerebrally vaccinated mice. ⺠Antibody secreting cells were infiltrated within intracerebral region. ⺠Chemoattractant proteins were expressed in intracerebrally vaccinated mice brain. ⺠Intracerebrally vaccinated mice survived after intracerebral virus challenge.
