Abstract
⺠Killer artificial antigen-presenting cells (KaAPCs) were developed. ⺠Alloskin graft survival was prolonged for 6 days by administration of KaAPCs. ⺠A 60% decrease of H-2Kb antigen-alloreactive T cells was demonstrated. ⺠Intact immune function, including antitumor activity, was maintained.
