Abstract
⺠β2GPI-dependent aPL induce fetal loss/growth retardation in naïve pregnant mice. ⺠Histogenesis/organogenesis inhibition and not inflammation is involved in our model. ⺠The synthetic peptide TIFI competes with β2GPI binding and protects pregnant mice. ⺠Inhibition of β2GPI tissue expression represents an innovative therapeutic approach.
