Abstract
ImmunoCAP and Immulite were statistically significantly superior to the other assays. Precipitins testing performed poorly. The currently accepted ImmunoCAP cut-off of 40Â mg/L appears sub-optimal for CPA diagnosis and may require revision in this context.
